The compressed air system is formed by instrumental and service air. Each of which is installed with 1 gas container whose air is from main shop air compress system. On its outlet pipe pressure transmitter is installed to monitor the pressure of compressed air.
The instrumental air supplies air for #3, #4 flue gas system damper actuator, CEMS, 2 sets of vacuum belt conveyor deviation corrector and 2 sets of cloth dust collector blowing. Among that one instrumental air reception tank is set respectively before #3, #4 bypass flue gas damper actuator to ensure that the bypass flue gas damper can be opened instantly with stored air in case of instrumental air supply interruption.
The service air will distribute to each area of the desulphurization island for use after entering the gas container and exiting from the outlet main pipe.
