Limestone Slurry Preparation System
The limestone slurry preparation system is for common use of 2 sets of FGD device.The limestone slurry preparation system is designed per uncer COAL E operation situation in 100% scope.
The limestone is transported by truck to grinding shop within desulphurization island. With particle size under 20mm, the limestone goes into limestone silo through unloading bucket, vibration feeder, crusher, bucket elevator and is transported by weight belt conveyor into web ball mill to be grinded into slurry with certain density. After being separated by hydrocyclone, limestone slurry of 325 meshes is yielded, which is stored in limestone slurry storage tank and limestone slurry supply tank and fed into absorber through limestone slurry supply pump and react with SO2 in the flue gas.
FGD device of 2 boilers jointly use the limestone slurry preparation system, which is set with 2 wet ball mills with output of 6.5t/h.
Unloading bucket and limestone silo are designed with de-dust ventilation system. Feeder of the wet ball mill inlet has function of weighing and total mass accumulation.
Limestone slurry preparation system is set with one limestone slurry storage tank, in which the slurry is fed into limestone slurry supply tank through limestone slurry storage tank.
Each ball mill is set with 2 ball mill system slurry recirculation pumps, one for use and one for standby, which are 4 in total.
Each ball mill system has 1 ball mill recirculation slurry tank, which are 2 in total
